Once your shipment is approved by our staff, you have to login your account and pay booking charges online.
Once you paid for your shipment, you will get download link of shipping label. Print and Paste it on your bag.
Your pickup request forwarded to our delivery agent and picked up within 24 to 48 hours from your doorstep.
1) Register and book online
Fill in the required details and get yourself registered in Drop my box form. Enter your desired pickup date, pickup country and destination place for your parcel. You can choose the available services based on the priority and proceed for booking.
2) Approval of your booking
Our staff will review your booking and you will get an approved or acceptance message.
3) Pay booking charges
You can proceed to pay the shipping charges through the various payment options available in our site according to your convenience.
4) Confirmation call/Email/Message
Once payment done, you will receive your booking confirmation via email, call or message which will include the tracking number and the links to download the shipping labels.
5) Print your shipment label
Ensure your package is thoroughly packed and make sure to print the labels and stick it on your package before our baggage collection team reaches at your place for pickup.
6) Baggage/Parcel collection
Our collection team will reach at your doorstep between 9am to 6pm on the date you selected for pickup. In case you are not available, you may keep the package at the main reception of your apartment or at your friend’s home staying nearby your place.
7) Easy track
The status of your baggage will be updated within 24hours from the pickup date. And you can easily track the current location of your baggage till delivery.
8) Shipment delivery
Drop my bag ensures your shipment delivery is done as per the exact estimated date given at the initial stage of your booking. For the collection of your parcel, we recommend you or your close friend, relative or colleague in your absence for receiving it.
